Request Account or Personal Data Deletion
At Essential Recruit Pty Ltd, we respect your privacy and your right to request the deletion of personal information held within the Essential Roster platform.
You can use this form to request that your Essential Roster account be deleted or that personal information associated with your account be removed.
Important Information
When we receive your request:
- We will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity.
- We will delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer required.
- We will deactivate or delete your Essential Roster account where appropriate.
- We will advise you if certain information must be retained for legal, employment or regulatory reasons.
- We will contact you regarding the outcome of your request.
Information We May Be Required to Retain
Certain records, including employment, payroll, timesheet and attendance records, may be retained where required or authorised by Australian law.
Employment and payroll records subject to Fair Work record-keeping requirements are generally retained for at least seven years.
Your request will not automatically result in the deletion of records that Essential Recruit Pty Ltd is legally required to maintain.
